Artist Rights

​​

• Commissions may take up to 3–4 months depending on my schedule. Deadlines are only binding if explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• I may stream or post work-in-progress (WIP) content on social media as well as using the commissioned artwork for my portfolio, my Patreon and self-promotion. If you would like your commission to remain private, a confidentiality fee up to 30% will be added.

• I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an application for any reason.

• I can refuse or cancel the commission even after it was accepted previously. (This is only the case if there has been no payment and I have not started to work on it yet).

• Credit is required when the artwork is posted online (e.g. tagging my social media handle). The artist role on twitch is appreciated but not necessary. If you don’t know how to credit properly, here is an example.

• Tracing, claiming the artwork as your own, or allowing third parties to trace/edit my work is strictly prohibited.

• I will work on commissions as my schedule and health allow, to ensure the best quality of work.

Changes

​

• I will send you atleast one WIP of the sketch. At the stage of a sketch you may request changes without a fee.

• Any major revisions or changes not discussed prior to WIP confirmation may incur an additional fee (depending on complexity).

• I will only make changes for free after confirmation of the sketch, if it is a mistake on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).

Usage Rights

​

• Personal use only is included in the base price.

• Commercial use (e.g. merchandise, advertisements, prints) requires a separate commercial license fee.

• Reselling, redistributing, or minting my work as NFTs is strictly prohibited.

• You may not alter, edit, or crop out my watermark/signature without permission.
   

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds after I started working on the commission.

• You can cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

• If I am unable to complete the commission for personal or health reasons, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the progress made.

Payment

​

• The Currency is EUR.

• The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

• Payment must be executed within 48 hours unless we agreed on a different timespan. If payment is not made within 48 hours or agreed time, the commission will be canceled and you will be put back on the waiting list.

Personal Use & Commercial Use​

​

Commercial usage rights are not included in the base price. If you plan to use the artwork for income, marketing, or distribution, the following fees apply:

​

• Type A: PATREON Rewards (digital), Game Assets, Promo Art, YouTube Monetisation Usage, Advertisements, Sponsorings etc.
  ➡️ price multiplies by 1,5x

• Type B (includes Type A): Merch, Physical Prints, Resales, or any large-scale commercial distribution
  ➡️ price multiplies by 2x

For Personal Use you may:

• Use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or header on social media.

• Print the artwork for private display (e.g. in your room, as a poster, etc.).

• Share the artwork online with proper credit to me (do not remove my watermark/signature).

• Use the commissioned artwork as a PNGTuber avatar under Personal Use if your channel is non-monetized and proper credit is displayed in your stream description or overlay. Once monetization or sponsorships are involved, Commercial Use Type A fees will apply.

You may not:

• Use the artwork for profit (e.g. on Patreon, YouTube monetized videos, merchandise, or promotions).

• Claim the artwork as your own or remove my signature/watermark.

• Edit, trace, or heavily modify the artwork without my permission.

 

Priority Option

​

• If you want your commission to be a priority, you may purchase a 20% priority fee.

• This does not guarantee faster drawing speed but ensures your order will be completed before non-priority commissions.

​

Multiple Characters

​

• The base price applies to one character.

• Each additional character will increase the price proportionally (e.g. 2 characters = 2x the base price).

​

File Delivery & Storage

​

• Final artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive in PNG orPSD format.

• I am not responsible for storing files indefinitely. Please download and back up your files promptly.

Final Notes

​

• These terms are subject to updates. Clients will be informed if changes affect ongoing commissions.

Special Live2D Commission T.O.S. (includes General T.O.S.)

​

Order

​

• I will only accept Live2D Model commissions through an application form. Please make sure to fill out the commission form.

• Slots are NOT first come first served. I will only contact those that I have accepted.

Usage

​

• You can use the model for any personal usage reason.

• Commercial usage is already included in a Live2D Model commission.

• I do not recommend uploading the full resolution of the psd or png on social media platforms.

​

Rights

​

• Requesting to add second or different outfits by another artist is not allowed. (This does not include concepts or designs, but the final parts have to be drawn on the model only by myself.)

• It is not allowed to modify the model by another person or yourself without my permission. Only the rigger of the model has the right to modify the model for rigging purposes only.

• It’s possible to request additional changes within the process on a Live2D Model, but there might be additional charges.
